SUN, SEA, SNACK!
So
you have arrived in Bali, you have got a cold Bintang in your hand and what’s
missing? Good snack to be munched by the pool.
Don’t
settle with the rows of unhealthy snack easily found in the mini marts. Grab a
bag of good quality corn tortillas and upgrade your snack time with homemade Guacamole
and Pico de Gallo.
Guacamole

Ripe Avocadoes
Half
of Medium sized Tomato, small diced
1
Tablespoon Onion, small diced
1
Bunch of Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Juice
of 2 Fresh Limes
Half
the ripe avocado and take out the pit, carefully, and scoop out the flesh. Mash
the avocado flesh with a fork until it is soft and add lime juice to prevent
the bright green color turning brown. Add the other ingredients and season with
salt and pepper. It is as easy as 1 2 3.
Pico de Gallo

Tablespoons Onion, chopped
1
Bunch of Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Juice
of 2 Fresh Limes
Chilly
as desired
Mix
all ingredients in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. For extra heat, mix in
few slices of Thai chilies in the bowl.
Open
that bag of corn tortillas and start scooping out fresh guacamole and pico de
gallo.
