MONSTER RIBS
Ingredients
- · Pork ribs 2 kg
- · Garlic 20 gr
- · Onion 20 gr
- · Paprika powder 30 gr
- · Salt and pepper 5/3 gr
- · Mix herbs 3 gr
BBQ Sauce
- · Ketchup ½ cup
- · mustard yellow ½ tsp
- · Dijon mustard ½ tsp
- · Worcestershire sauce 1 dash
- · Brown sugar 2 tsp
- · Garlic powder ¼ tsp
- · Black pepper and cayenne pepper 1 pinch
- · Smoked liquid ¼ tsp
COOKING METHOD
• Marinated pork ribs with onion, garlic, paprika powder, salt and pepper for at least 2 hours
• Mix all ingredients for BBQ Sauce
• Generously lather BBQ sauce on ribs
• Preheat oven to 160C, roast marinated pork ribs for 2 hours 30 minutes
• Take out pork ribs and baste with more BBQ sauce and cooking again for 10-15 minutes at 190C.
This recipe will serve up to 4 people but it is so good that we cannot blame one person finishing it off by themselves!
